Can I start using this for free right now?
Absolutely. If you are an agent or broker simply sign-up and start posting. If you are a broker and have a large amount of properties you would like to provide in a feed let us know by contacting us.

How much does this cost?
For users it's free. To list a property it's $30.00 a year, flat fee. As we build new features, increase our search rankings and broaden our areas of coverage it the cost remains the same for those who sign up now.

I have my own website AND list my place on two other sites so why would i bother listing on yet another site?
Anyone who has their own website of one or a few properties knows how hard it is to get traffic. That's why you probably list your property on numerous rental sites. We focus on search engine rankings to ensure you get more traffic. We also spend money on Search Engine Marketing so you don't have to. Eventually this site will have more features than any other Canadian vacation rental site and it may become your only site, but a good mix is important.

Search Engine Rankings - how can i boost mine?
There are many techniques to boost your rankings. One is to have qualified sites such as ours linking to you. There are many other techniques we use but we also want qualified sites linking to us. In your account feel free to link back to your listing on our site so your users can see local points of interest, videos and more. It can only help.

What is the point of "Points of Interest" when people have google?
Points of interest are a huge value add for renters. Right now your listing may say for example: 'golf course - 2 km', but someone looking to golf around your cottage wants to see all the courses and have a link to them. Sure they can find this elsewhere but the more features you show them directly around your cottage the more valuable it becomes. For people with families, "Kid" activities are a great bonus and who knows the area better than you, the owner?

Points of Interest are wrong - how can i change it?
You can add new points of interest but if you want to edit one you can do so by reporting inaccuracies and tell us what to change, add, edit. For example, if a golf course is not in the right spot you can add the correct location (by selecting golf course and left clicking on the map). Once you are done go to the inaccurate course location and mark it as inaccurate.
